Property Folder allows you to store basic details of properties that interest you. You may: Add a property to your Property Folder by clicking its 'Add To Folder' button. View the contents of your Property Folder by clicking the 'Property Folder' button. Print a copy of your Property Folder by clicking the 'Print folder' button. Remove a property from your Property Folder by clicking its 'Remove From Folder' button. Empty your Property Folder at any time, by clicking the 'Empty Folder' button. Property Folder has links to the Property Details and Availability/Booking Enquiry screens for each property it contains.
Storage method for registered Property Seekers who have logged in.
The details are saved to the online database and are therefore available until you choose to delete them individually or empty your Property Folder.
Storage method for unregistered Property Seekers or registered Property Seekers who have not logged in.
The details are stored in memory. Your Property Folder is emptied automatically when you close your web browser or after an extended period of inactivity.

Auto Completed Booking Forms	Close window

When you register with us, we store your basic contact details in our database.
If you are logged in, we automatically enter them into the booking enquiry form. This facility speeds up the booking enquiry process and together with our automated booking enquiry system, ensures your enquiries are error free.

True Calendar Booking Enquiries	Close window
	Familiar calendar layout
	To make it as easy as possible for you to make booking enquiries, our True Calendar Booking System uses the familiar calendar layout as shown in the partial example on the left.
	Easy to read
	Available days are indicated by a yellow rectangle. Unavailable days are indicated by a grey rectangle. Days where the availability is unknown are indicated by a red rectangle. Mouse overs confirm the date in dd/mm/yy format.

Auto-Forwarded Booking Dates	Close window
Easy first and last dates selection
You select the period of your proposed booking by clicking the yellow rectangles on the calendar (see previous feature) representing the first and last nights of their proposed booking. The dates you have selected are entered into the 'dates to carry forward' section of the page.
Error detection
Once the dates have been selected, click the 'To Booking Form' button. The dates are carried forward to the Booking Enquiry screen.
The dates you have selected are checked for any errors, for example, where they choose one or more dates that are unavailable. If there is an error they are returned to the calendar and asked to change their selection.
If there are no errors, the dates are automatically entered into the Booking Enquiry Form.
