There is no limit on the number of adverts you may create.
However, if you do wish to advertise more than one property,
please read the section titled 'May I advertise more than one property' on the FAQ's page before registering.
We will be offering multi property advertisements in the future and at that time we will amalgamate any of your properties that
share a common location into a single multi-unit advert. Any advertisements that do not share a common location will be treated as
single unit advertisements.
We will inform you of the cost of renewing your advertisement(s) after it/they have been running for approximately 10 months.
HOLIDAY RENTALS WORLD guarantees that advertisers personal details will never be made available to any third parties.
HOLIDAY RENTALS WORLD reserves the right to determine the design of all pages of the HOLIDAY RENTALS WORLD internet site.
HOLIDAY RENTALS WORLD reserves the right of editorial control over the contents of the HOLIDAY RENTALS WORLD internet site,
including the editing of text saved to the online database and any text or photographs supplied by advertisers.
Whilst every care will be taken, HOLIDAY RENTALS WORLD cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from editorial decisions made by its staff.
HOLIDAY RENTALS WORLD will take precautions to secure all materials supplied by advertisers. However, HOLIDAY RENTALS WORLD cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any materials supplied by an
advertiser to HOLIDAY RENTALS WORLD.
HOLIDAY RENTALS WORLD will return any materials supplied by an advertiser, if requested. However, all post and packaging costs are the
responsibility of the advertiser.
HOLIDAY RENTALS WORLD cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage, however caused, resulting from the return of advertising materials
HOLIDAY RENTALS WORLD cannot accept legal responsibility for any inaccuracies contained in the advertisements, or any
alleged breaches of contract made by advertisers or third parties, arising from such inaccuracies.
Whilst the HOLIDAY RENTALS WORLD internet site is hosted by a carefully chosen hosting company, HOLIDAY RENTALS WORLD cannot guarantee that the
HOLIDAY RENTALS WORLD internet site will be continuously available.
In no event shall HOLIDAY RENTALS WORLD be liable to the advertiser for any damages, losses or liabilities caused by errors
or interuptions to its internet site service.
In supplying photographic materials to HOLIDAY RENTALS WORLD, advertisers shall be deemed to have granted permission to HOLIDAY RENTALS WORLD
to reproduce in part or as a whole, any such photographic materials.
HOLIDAY RENTALS WORLD shall have the right to electronically scan all photograhic materials supplied by the advertiser. HOLIDAY RENTALS WORLD
claims copyright to the electronic images thus created.
The advertiser must assume the responsibility for obtaining reproduction permission for any materials they supply for their
advertisements. The advertiser warrants that he/she owns the copyright or is authorised by the copyright owner to grant to HOLIDAY RENTALS WORLD
the rights therein contained. The advertiser indemnifies HOLIDAY RENTALS WORLD against any action brought for breach of copyright from the use
of any material supplied they supply.
HOLIDAY RENTALS WORLD reserves the right to refuse to provide links to other internet sites from advertiser's advertisements.
HOLIDAY RENTALS WORLD also reserves the right to refuse to reproduce the addresss of any internet web site on advertisers pages.
HOLIDAY RENTALS WORLD also reserves the right to remove any such links or addresses at their sole discretion, without notifying the advertiser in advance.
All advertising fees relate to the right to advertise the specific property listed on the HOLIDAY RENTALS WORLD Invoice, issued at the time of purchase.
This right is non-transferrable.
Advertisers may request the removal of any advertisement at any time during the advertising period.
Such requests must be made using the registered email address by the property owner or agent.
HOLIDAY RENTALS WORLD will endeavour to respond speedily to such requests.
No refunds will be paid in such circumstances.
HOLIDAY RENTALS WORLD reserves the right to refuse to display or to remove any advertisement on the HOLIDAY RENTALS WORLD internet site for whatever
reason, at its sole discretion. This action would only be taken in the most extreme circumstance and no refunds will be paid.
HOLIDAY RENTALS WORLD reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice, at its sole discretion.
Payment of all advertising fees must be made in Pounds Sterling (British Pounds) by a cheque made payable to Greenhaven Designs Ltd..
UK RESIDENTS - please send a personal account or business account cheque - remember to include the VAT payable.
NON UK RESIDENTS - please send a Bankers Cheque in pounds sterling.
